Transitional Youth (ʻIHI) supports current and former foster youth ages 12–26 as they transition into adulthood by offering guidance, resources, and a caring support system. From education and career planning to life skills and housing help, we walk alongside youth as they build independence and stability
Housing
Our housing and support programs help youth find safety, stability, and connection during difficult times. Through outreach, resources, and community partnerships, we guide young people toward a more secure and supported future.
