Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Operations Manager provides comprehensive leadership and coordination of the agency’s administrative, facilities, human resources, events, and office operations.

 

This position ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of internal systems, oversees office personnel, and supports organizational effectiveness aligned with Hale ʻŌpio Kauaʻi’s mission and values.

STEP Up! (Substance Treatment & Empowerment Program)

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and general direction of the

Treatment Programs Director, the Substance Treatment Counselor provides trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic services to adolescents and families impacted by substance use.

 

Services may include screenings, assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, family therapy, and care coordination in Level 1 Outpatient and Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Treatment settings. This position supports Hale `Ōpio Kauaʻi’s mission and commitment to family-centered, youth-guided, and culturally responsive care.

Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Community Programs Director and in keeping with the organization’s mission and values, organizes and supports the administrative functions of the departments, including files management, program support, etc.
