About The Program:
Ho‘omālamalama Housing Pathways helps youth on Kaua‘i find safe, stable housing and build a path toward independence. The program supports youth experiencing housing instability by providing outreach, housing navigation, emergency and transitional housing, financial assistance, and connections to community resources.
Who We Serve:
- Youth experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Youth facing barriers such as limited affordable housing, lack of income, identification, or transportation
Services Include:
- Street outreach and housing navigation
- Emergency and transitional housing
- Help with housing applications and landlord communication
- Flexible financial assistance
- Drop-in resource hub
- Health and employment referrals
