K.E.Y.S supports young adults (14-24 years old) by training in life skills and becoming work ready.
The program also trains employers to become helpful, knowledgeable mentors for young adults entering the work world. This training prepares young adults with the skills they need to get the jobs they want.
By increasing participants’ understanding of the employment process and connecting them with trained employer mentors ready to guide them, First Jobs Academy increases a young person’s chances of success.
