Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

The Work Innovation Opportunity Act is a program under the FJA where a Youth Empowerment Specialist works with young people, one on one, in order to eliminate or minimize barriers so they can complete high school, enter college or advanced occupational training and secure meaningful employment.
