Hale ‘Opio will be celebrating our 50th year of serving the youth and families of our Kaua’i community! This event will host craft vendors, food trucks, live entertainment and provide FREE back to school supplies for school aged youth.
School Uniform Drive
Event: Hale `Ōpio Kaua‘i School Uniform Drive
When: March 2025
Details: Support our local families by donating gently used school uniforms. Please make sure uniforms are clean and without damage or stains. Check the flyer for the nearest drop-off location and their specific hours.

Free Nutrition Education Classes – March 2025
Event: Free Nutrition Education Classes
Where: Liliʻuokalani Trust, 4530 Kali Rd., Lihue
When: March 17th – 21st, 2025
Time: 8:30 am – 10:00 am (6th-8th grade)
10:30 am – 12:00 pm (18+)
-Learn how to stretch your food dollars
-Get tips on healthy eating and food safety
-Learn how to stay physically active
Complete all 5 classes and receive FREE GIVEAWAYS, food demos and a Certificate of Completion!

You and your peers from across the state will engage in a day of empowerment, where our speakers will equip you with the necessary tools and life skills to help you combat dating violence.
